Be-Us: A Journey of Uncertainty, Purpose, and Building Something That Matters
Be-Us: A Journey of Uncertainty, Purpose, and Building Something That Matters
A few months ago, I packed my life into a 30 kg suitcase, left my job in India, and moved to Europe without a clear plan of what comes next. It was uncomfortable, uncertain, and at times overwhelming. But somewhere in that transition, between letting go of what was familiar and trying to make sense of what lay ahead, something meaningful began to take shape.
Be-Us did not start as a big idea. It started with a conversation. A simple, friendly exchange with Paul that slowly grew into something deeper. We found ourselves talking about creators, sustainability, and how broken discoverability is for small brands. We kept coming back to the same thought, how difficult it is for genuinely good, thoughtful work to be seen in a world driven by algorithms and scale.
There are so many people creating with intention and care, yet they often remain invisible. And at the same time, there are people who want to support such work, but do not quite know where to find it.
Somewhere in that gap, Be-Us found its purpose.
We are also at the early stages of a much bigger shift. The creator economy is only just beginning to unfold, and it is steadily moving towards becoming a real and sustainable source of income for millions of creators and small businesses. The way we choose to support creators today will shape what this space becomes tomorrow.
For me, this is not just about building a platform. It is about creating a space where creators feel seen, where their stories matter as much as what they create, and where people can connect with what they choose to buy in a more conscious way. Sustainability has always been something I have cared about, not as a trend, but as a direction we need to move towards. And when that intersects with the rise of the creator economy, it feels like the right moment to build something meaningful.
This journey feels personal. It is about shaping something from the ground up, staying honest to why it started, and building in a way that truly supports people, not just scales.
I do not know exactly where this will lead. But I do know what I hope Be-Us becomes, a place where people do not just sell and buy, but connect, collaborate, and grow together. A space that feels human in a digital world.
If this resonates with you, whether you are a creator, a small brand, or simply someone who believes in more conscious choices, we would love for you to be part of this.
Come join the Be-Us hive and be one of the humans who shape what this becomes.
This is just the beginning.
